Tangless Electrical Removal Tool

 

KATO Tangless removal tools offer quick, non-destructive removal of tangless inserts, preventing damange to castings. The KATO removal tools may also be used to back out inserts that were installed too deep.

Special Notes:

• The KATO Tangless CT1600R series of removal tools can be used for both manual and electric removal. For electric use remove the removal mandrel from the red/blue handle, and insert it into one of the KATO electric drivers.
• A spare pawl, spring, and pin are included with every CT1600R series removal tool (except metric sizes). The spare parts are packaged in a plastic tube, and are located in the back of the blue handle.
• Wrenches for setting and adjusting sleeve are also packaged with every CT1600R series removal tool (except metric sizes).
