Advanex Europe manufacture both Tanged and Tangless helical inserts in high volume. Our standard range can be found here, but we also cater for 'specials'. All inserts are available in free-running or locking with a variety of coatings and colours.

A wide range of Spring types available including compression, tension, torsion, rclips, spring lengths etc. We manufacture at our site in Nottingham making bespoke orders and high volume manufacturing.

Due to our increased involvement with medical & pharmaceutical markets we have developed our two main manufacturing sites within Europe to incorporate clean manufacturing areas. This allows us to produce many different types or springs and pressings within a controlled environment.

We give customers full Product & Process design and development with manufacturing capabilities to fulfil prototype, pre production and volume supply. We maximise your product performance through optimised volume design.
